Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team at Univesto Capital. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing client relations, executing transactions, managing operations, maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS), and coordinating with fund houses. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and understanding of the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relations:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

2. Transaction Execution:

• Oversee the execution of financial transactions accurately and efficiently (online and Physical transactions).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth transaction processes.

3. Operations Management:

• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficient functioning.
• Implement and maintain operational procedures and policies.
• Monitor and improve operational performance.

4. Management Information Systems (MIS):

• Maintain and update MIS reports regularly.
• Analyze data to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration (optional), or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the financialservices industry.
• Basic understanding of financial products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
